Position Emphasis:
The candidate should be able to initiate break-through projects in the field of cardiovascular disease. The basic duties include but not limited to (1) Initiation and designing of new research projects, (2) independently conducting translational research of cardiovascular disease, (3) collaborating with colleagues on research projects, (4) assisting PI with training high school student, undergraduate student, graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows, (5) assisting PI with limited teaching, (6) assisting PI with writing grants and manuscripts, and (7) developing new research technologies for medical research in the lab and Department of Medicine-Cardiology.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range (or hiring range ) for this position has been established at $73,000 to $80,000.
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
