| Position Summary |
The Department of Biology in the College of Arts and Sciences at Indiana University invites applications for a full-time non-tenure track Visiting Lecturer position beginning August 1, 2022. Responsibilities include teaching four courses a year: molecular biology, genetics, and one other course (microbiology or a non-majors course on heredity, environment and society).

| Basic Qualifications |
A Ph.D. in a Biology-related field is required at time of appointment. Postdoctoral training or teaching experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills, and documented evidence of classroom and/or laboratory teaching ability. Visiting position is for 1-2 years, with possible consideration for a longer-term contract. Salary is commensurate with experience, and full benefits are included.
